At least one author is required to have a full registration for the conference for each accepted paper. Any author may only be a registered author for one paper.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

All the in-person categories also include the access to the online platform, but the online registration fee does not include any in-person activity.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The non-member registration fee includes one year of registration for the IAIED Society<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Receipts can be downloaded from your registered account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/a><\/a>Cancelations<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Cancellations made by Thursday, May 22, 2025 will be accepted. A \u20ac50 administrative fee will be assessed on all cancellations. Confirmed registrants who do not attend the conference or who cancel after May 22nd are responsible for the entire registration fee. Attendee substitutions, however, may be made at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All refunds will be made in euros. The organization cannot refund any shortfalls due to exchange rate fluctuations or bank charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

* If you cannot attend the conference, we accept transfer requests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rules for Ticket Transfers:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • All transfer requests must be submitted to aied2025@servizitalia.it <\/strong>by Thursday, May 22, 2025<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • No transfers will be accepted after the above deadline.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • There are no changes in ticket categories for ticket transfers. For example, if you purchased a member priced ticket, the new attendee must also be a member or purchase membership.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Regular tickets can be transferred to students but there is no price adjustment available.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Student tickets cannot be transferred to non-students.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
